The home shown is located at 585 S. Washington, Elmhurst Illinois and is all that remains of an estate that was distributed earlier this year. It is now being offered for-sale by the heirs of the estate. The home initially required some repair as well as some updating. The major repairs to the building were made in 2008 which included a new roof. Since then an on-going work effort that has gone into the building and property and are noted in the comments below.
